Summary: Staff at the check in was nice helpful and smiles it’s nice to see someone enjoying their job. Room was clean the outdoor spaces are why I decided on this hotel but all of this hotel exceeded my expectations! Sat outside with complimentary coffee and watched a Kansas sunrise😊

Summary: Great area close to restaurants and shopping without heavy traffic. Super nice, clean and had everything we wanted for a great price

Summary: Very nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. Disappointed the pool was closed for repairs because it was so hot. But, overall a very nice stay.

Summary: The staff at check in was icing her knee in the office. Fine but she didn’t greet us or say anything and then finally was like “do you need to check in?” Like we were inconveniencing her. The pool was closed in the heaviest part of summer. When I said it would have been nice to know that ahead of time the woman was rude and condescending when I told her it wasn’t listen on the website she said it is on OUR website and completely left out the idea that many people book through 3rd parties. She was rude and short and not hospitable at all. I would not have even booked the room if I knew the pool was closed but it is what it is.

Summary: The hotel was heavily under construction but we were not warned or notified of this prior to arrival. The construction crew were in the way throughout our stay and even blocked access to the elevators at one point. At one point for at least 1day only 1 of the 2 elevators were working. There was dust everywhere and paper on the floor to walk on bc of the construction mess. The staff who were present tried very hard to accommodate everyone but the hotel was full and very much understaffed. The pool is small and was not supervised so it was overrun with children without adults. We asked for staffto address the issue 2x and it was unsuccessful. Older children were jumping and diving in the shallow water splashing smaller children and adults and running throughout the area. Additionally people were running down the halls and screaming after 11pm and staff were unable/unwilling to stop the behavior. The lobby was hot and unpleasant likely bc of all the construction crew in and out so frequently. Breakfast is NOT included as part of the stay and cost $9-$14/day. Food was not worth the price. Also, Small water bottles in the rooms were $2/each rather than free. The room itself was clean but smaller than expected and we were NOT booked in the room as advertised. For the price point, this was NOT a good deal and I would NOT stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Summary: The room was clean and nice. The property is torn up. All of the first floor is being remodeled. All of the doors around the property are not working so you can only go into the hotel from the front door. Parking is very limited. There are a lot of shipping containers in the parking lot taking up parking spaces. No continental breakfast. Overall for the price of the stay I would pass on the property the next time I am in town.
